To showcase the quality of the Xabregas Estate a series of single vineyard wines have been developed. The X by Xabregas wines are the ultimate expression of the vineyard and are crafted with minimal intervention to showcase each variety and the unique vineyard from which they have evolved. A Riesling of restraint and purity, X Figtree by Xabregas expresses an intense array of floral characteristics coupled with talcum powder and mineral quartz. The palate is poised and balanced with lemon curd, apple blossoms, a hint of lavender and a slate like structure. Fine and persistent natural acid completes the chorus of flavours that continue endlessly.
