Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingDonnhoff makes some of the worlds most cherished Riesling. This wine comes from 25- to 35-year-old vines grown on a small riverside vineyard owned exclusively by the estate. Year in, year out it produces Riesling wines of great personality, with structure and radiant elegance. The hand-harvested grapes are fermented and matured in stainless steel vats. It's a Riesling with spicy ripeness, intense fruit. It's highly complex, with wonderful balance between ripe fruit sweetness and classy acidity.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
