Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingGeorg Breuer has always been at the forefront of Germany's dry Riesling movement. To achieve stringent selection in its Grand Cru wines, the estate has been combining the second best sites from the top single vineyards to its Terra Montosa since the 1990 vintage. This is a lively, intense wine showing notes of apple and herbs with plenty of lushness offset by slatey minerality and spice.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
