Every vintage since 2006, Patritti have kept a small parcel of fortified wine from the Grenache block at the Marion Vineyard. All vintages have been kept separate in small oak casks. Each year Patritti intends to release a new bottle batch of a minimum 12 year old blend that will be blended and stored in a large oak vat.
