About this product

This vineyard blend of altitude, soil and vine age has created a wine with great depth, celebrating Sangiovese’s distinct soft aromatic varietal character. The characteristic notes of dark baked cherries, blackberries and dry savoury tannins come to the fore. It’s origins extend from Italy where it reaches the height of its power in wines such as Chiato Classico and the Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese Cabernet. Made by Christmont.

Nice full body, I could convince myself that I could smell the plums and cherries and maybe even cinnamon. This has replaced Pinot as my go to fresh red - off to buy a dozen before you all read this and it sells out!
I would recommend to a friend
