Tahbilk reds love to be cellared, and we have just the right climate controlled cellar to do it properly. The 2012 is better now than on release. It's progressing extremely well, with plenty of improvement to come. An old heritage masterpiece, this has elegance and just a hint of rusticity. You'll enjoy the vibrant plum and cassis flavours, the spiced fruit cake notes and the supple mouthfeel finished with fine savoury tannins.
