About this product

A very good vintage for this wine. Restrained but obvious blackcurrant and peppercorn flavours. Old school, in a good way, dusty tannins and enticing chocolate and savoury notes on the finish. A wine of elegance and balance. Great to drink now, but history says this will improve for many years. A true bargain for those looking to establish a cellar.

My bottle of 2012 was as it says: restrained, old-school, elegant. Good value if you appreciate that French-esque style of wine (it's not a typical Aussie fruit bomb). At 7 years old it's drinking well - could be at its peak?
