Vintage 2013
96 points
From the famed Gimblett Gravels, the 2013 vintage, matured perfectly, displays polish and class. Amazingly youthful in colour, it retains abundant succulent primary fruit. Pillowy, soft, dark raspberry and chocolate and an undercurrent of cranberry - velvet-textured and plummy. Dreamy. The sheen of good French oak adds the finishing touch. Perfect with game meats.
