About this product

Colour: Intense deep garnetwith vibrant purple hues. Nose: Lifted dark berry fruits complemented by high quality integrated oak barrel maturation. The time in oak has complexed the "plummy" Shiraz fruit and has produced very attractive underlying notes of vaniliin and coffee characters. Palate: Rich, intense blackcurrant flavour with a velvetty soft palate, and a tannin structure which is more approachable than most Barossa Valley Shiraz of the same age. Ageing: A delightful drink now and will maintain the same approachability for the next two years, whereupon it will evolve into a more complex and a more traditional Barossa Valley Shiraz which will age gracefully for another 7 years.
