Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot NoirThis Pinot Noir is a blend of carefully hand selected premium parcels sourced from the enriched soils of the Coal River Valley. Bright red fruits on the nose with violets and a hint of spicy nutmeg that gives a savoury character. The palate is full of dark cherries and plums with fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity, giving an extremely well-balanced, rounded red.

This wine instantly seduces with its pretty pale garnet colour, aromas of wild strawberries and florals charming the senses. A modern interpretation of Pinot Noir. Layers of red cherries and raspberries, it showcases vibrant acidity and gente, supple tannins. The finish is long and refined. In a nod to the French and Burgundy, "Chapeau" to the winemaker!
