Dry, Full Bodied style of TempranilloThe Bodegas Felix Callejo vineyards are made up 100% of the Tempranillo grape variety or Tinta Fina (as it’s known locally) and are located in Sotillo de la Ribera, a village of 500 inhabitants in the province of Burgos. Spanish savoury elements of smoke, tar, leather, violets, blended with wild blueberries and ripe blackberries. On the palate its full-bodied, opulent, full of ripe fruit, silky tannin and exceptional length.
