What The Duck? Red Pet Nat

This is a delightfully frisky and frivolously, fun wine. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Wilyabrup, Margaret River, WA. Beautiful luminescent red in colour from the application of the saignée winemaking method followed by a hands off approach! This Pet Nat is incredibly refreshing, and outrageously good, it is unfiltered, and unfined with no sulphur addition after bottling. Layers of currants, plums and strawberry compote compliment a lovely texture. A smidge of grapefruit dances around hints of dark berry sweetness on the mid palate.
