Townsville Bitter is absolutely the best beer brewed in Australia, as an Scandinavian (Carlsberg, Tuborg) and many trips to the Chech Republic,

It's a pretty decent brew in the sense that it features Czech/European style and still retains local enjoyment much like many popular Australian mainstream brews. Its a particularly good beer if someone is looking for a Australian/European
