With the death of Master Distiller Parker Beam had to grab these before they gone permanently - Parkers Heritage 9th Edition is a Malt Whisky made in America its like drinking a Smooth Malt Bourbon,

Straight up with no ice or a tiny splash of water. Considering this Whiskey is 108 Proof it has little burn and a lovely long lasting smokiness and definitely not enough o's in smooth to describe it.
