The wines produced from Adelaide Hills benefits from the cooler environment provided by the elevated Southern boundary of the Barossa Ranges. Hence, this Peter Lehmann Adelaide Hills Shiraz is stylish and well structured. It starts with a touch of warm cinnamon spice with ripe dark berries on the palate and finishes with some soft subtle tannins. It is a wine that drinks beautifully now and will continue to improve with time in the cellar.

Surprisingly full bodied for Adelaide Hills shiraz. Has quite a lot of deep dark fruit flavours and strong tannins. Will benefit with a couple of hours of decanting and will improve through cellering
