Bitter Citrus Aperitivo 700mL

A fresh take on a classic aperitivo, Xavier was inspired by the Southern Italian folklore of Strega Nonna and her bitter sweet tonics known to liven the senses.




Australian citrus fruit is the hero ingredient - we hand peel blood oranges from Mildura (over one and half tonnes!) and bergamot from Bright and macerate with spice and bitter roots.




This fragrant all natural tipple has no added sugar, colour or preservatives, allowing the fruit to shine, however you drink it!




Botanicals: Blood orange, bergamot, lemon myrtle, rhubarb root, sarsaparilla and native rosella.
