The 2021 vintage is the 50th anniversay vintage of this special site. It is 70% garganega and 30% trebianno si soave and is aged in cement for 12 months and then also for 12 months in bottle. This is where the magic takes palce. There is drive, elegance and texture in abundance and thos wine delivers stonefruit, lemon, a touch of honey, white flowers and a bit of salinity. Make sure to try this with either some sushi or roast chicken.
