Other Gin might have been a product of re-distilling a neutral grain spirit but Williams Chase GB Gin is different. By using potatoes grown on their family farm in Herefordshire and infused with juniper buds and berries; the product is one of the driest single-estate Gin distilled. It has notes of wild botanicals including; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon to ensure a distinct and robust flavour.
