The Bend Cabernet Sauvignon

Ripe plums, berry fruit with bay leaf characters, heightened by subtle suggestions of cedary oak and a fusion of juicy blackcurrant characters. The palate unfolds in layers of lifted cranberry, plum and savoury olive with lovely vanillan oak in support. Fine and persistent tannins provide the framework. A medium bodied wine with generosity of length and flavour.
