The Fèvre family has been making wines in the Chablis region of France since 1745. In 2020, Julie (the daughter of Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre), started her own label, and has been making waves. This 100% Chardonnay is a perfect example of her talent as wine maker: pale gold in color, beautiful aromatics of white orchard fruits mixed with white flowers and a hint of toasted almonds. A gorgeous medium-bodied Chardonnay indeed.
