Saint Valentine's Peak Single Malt Whisky 500mL

Hellyers Road Saint Valentine's Peak Single Malt Whisky has been matured in French Oak casks that formerly contained high-quality Australian port. Only 488 500mL bottles have been made available and come with a signed/numbered Certificate of Authenticity and beautiful A4 colour print of the Tasmanian landmark after which the whisky has been made. Colour is burnished copper, with a powerful bouquet of vanilla and spicy fruit mince. Creamy on the palate, then leads to a bittersweet flavor of Indian chutney. Smooth finish with a hint of sweetness.
