This is made as a crisp and lively medium weight chardonnay relying less on winemaking artefact and more on the vibrant natural fruit. There is a pristine, almost crystalline feeling on the palate with flavours of lemon zest sprinkled across some richer crème brulee. A bracing chalky acidity completes a neatly structured wine.
