Straw and clear in appearance , refreshing floral, elderflower aroma, It has a pleasant sweet syrup like elderflower notes with a strong vanilla with warming finish through the end of a palate. The elderflower liqueur is ideal for a classic Italian Hugo aperitif adding floral and herbal notes for a warm summer evening.

I totally prefer this to the St. Germaine and it’s half the price. Yes it’s slightly sweeter but that just added to the flavour. Also don’t put it with cheap Prosecco.

Enjoyable but… a little sweet… less of the Elderflower …more Tonic ..ice and Fresh Lime… yes that’ll do it..!

Overpoweringly sweet, with a barely-there artificial flavour. Spend the extra on St Germain, this is not worth it!
