Dry, Full Bodied style of LagreinA beloved far northern Italian variety, that is dark, broody, bold has plenty of personality. Cooling alpine herbs and eucalypt aromas tease you into a sense of choc-mint highlights. A generous front-palate of fleshy boysenberry is supple, as those eagerly anticipated savoury tannins creep in. These tannins are finely tuned grainy, reminiscing of black-tea to finish long with a cardamom linger. There is just enough acidity to a bright finish, that you will eagerly reach for another sip.
