Double Cask Single Malt Whisky 700mL

Aged in 200L American Oak ex-Bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, the whisky then sees secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that had Tasmanian Pinot Noir aged in them. This secondary maturation in French Oak ex-Tasmanian Pinot Noir casks adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to this small batch single malt. With rich and full boasting vibrant notes of raisin toast, stewed fruits and candied orange with a hint of clove, our signature Double Cask is approachable in style and a whisky you’ll keep coming back for.
