Explorers Series Japanese Mugi Shochu Cask 15Yo 700mL

This 15-year-old expression begins with a mash bill of corn and malted barley. Following an initial maturation of eleven years in ex-bourbon casks, the whisky undergoes a secondary maturation for four years in ex-Mugi Shochu casks, a uniquely Japanese spirit. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, it retains its full character and depth of flavor.
