White Label Pinot Gris

What started as a mishap has become our signature style. Years ago, our Pinot Gris spent some unplanned time on skins, resulting in a beautiful colour, and a richer texture. We still follow this technique (with a little more precision!) today, making our iconic blush Pinot Gris. A sure favourite, this wine suits all palates and is great with or without food. The perfect all-rounder to please all your pals. Simple pleasures like shoestring fries or a ham and cheese toastie. Keep it simple to focus on the wine.
