The Italians call it Pinot Grigio, the French call it Pinot Gris, we just call it a fantastic grape variety. With appealing flavours and a crunchy acid structure this is a variety that is very well suited to our Australian cuisine and lifestyle. One of the most versatile varieties you’ll encounter, our Grigio is zesty with some honeyed tones, crisp and minerally and a touch of pear. The palate has savoury, marzipan flavours with some subtle white flower and talc aromas. Enjoy it nice and chilled within 2-3 years.
