The Little Wine CoVermentino
About this product
Vermentino is a relative newcomer on the Australian landscape but is set to become a favourite due to its natural texture and versatility. Vermentino is Spanish in origin but is believed to have travelled first to Corsica and then to Italy where it is the dominant white wine grape of Sardinia. It is a late-ripening grape variety which loves a hot dry climate; a natural choice for the Hunter Valley. Our Vermentino shows wonderful aromas of jasmine, white nectarine and a touch of warm spice. The palate is textural and full bodied with flavours of pear and a crisp minerality. The ultimate food wine.

Full bodied white wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with good palate weight and full flavours.
