Patrick makes wine with meticulous viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar and From 2022 Patrick has narrowed his focus to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir only. Fruit is sourced from the famous Bull swamp vineyard in Gippsland. A site with rich volcanic soils, translating to a wine with power, drive and intensity.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
