Dry, Full Bodied style of Red BlendA wine thought by many as the best Australian interpretation of 'cru classé' Bordeaux, this is a wine of the utmost quality. 66% Cabernet, 28% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc; a wine with a classic Bordeaux nose, filled with cedar, cigar box, violets and blackcurrant. The palate reflects the nose, with again strong Bordeaux like characteristics. Flavours of cedar, cigar box, blackcurrant, spice and cedar fill the palate, dry, but elegant with amazing length.
