Terroir of gravels from the Noguera Ribagorçana river and sands with presence of gypsum. Separate fermentation of the varietals in stainless steel with wild yeasts and ageing with battonage of the lees. Delicate and fresh floral and fruity profile with notes of almond blossom, citrus and stone fruit. Zesty and crispy finish with a mineral, salty hint."
