Single Malt 500mL

South Island Single Malt, distilled from malted New Zealand barley, aged in American ex-bourbon barrels to deliver delicious familiar flavours of vanilla, honey & caramel. This non-peated single malt has been slowly maturing in our seaside bond store in Oamaru.
Deep honey comb and orange in colour. Well balanced with light fruity notes, soft spice and creamy malt flavours, this lovely single malt whisky is easy drinking and delicate. A pleasant wee drop to sip!
Nose: Sweet malted grain, tangerine & mandarine zest. Honey with a fine, mild vanilla.
Palate: Fat, slightly oily mid palate with caramel and light citrus fruits.
Finish: Long, smooth finish with soft spices.
