Oak ferment, partial mlf and eight months in barrel in yeast lees. Mango skin, green papaya and yellow peach. Raw walnut, cream cheese and cinnamon. Pineapple hull and lemon-lime acidity. A lively burst of acidity and clean-cut orchard fruit on the palate. The wine shape is taut and terrific with good flesh rounding out its linear frame.
