Alicante Bouschet

A unique, luscious and rare dry red wine variety, Alicante Bouschet is a cross between Petit bouschet and Grenache. It is a rich and elegant red wine with flavours of blackberry, plum, black pepper and ripe black cherry. Finishing with silk tannins and elegant French oak. This wine is classified as a teinturier grape because unlike most red wine grapes with clear flesh, its flesh is vibrant red. This means that the wine is dark red before we even begin the fermentation process.
