The collaboration of two schools, a dedicated winemaker and committed community experts has enabled students to experience the satisfaction and pleasure of learning about local viticulture, delivering a fine example of well balanced, flavour-filled wine. Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
