Hand picked by the students of Anson Street School and Orange High School this vibrant wine has been brought to you by winemaker Daniel Shaw of Philip Shaw Wines. The collaboration of two schools, a dedicated winemaker and committed community experts has enabled students to experience the satisfaction and pleasure of learning about local viticulture, delivering a fine example of well balanced, flavour-filled wine. Added to this great story is the knowledge that by purchasing a bottle of our wine you will contribute to the continuing success of Anson Farm with funds going back to support students.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.
