Made by Yering Station in conjunction with Champagne house, Devaux, this is one of Australia's most elegant sophisticated sparklings showing its French influence. Aromas of citrus apple and bread-dough leads into a complex palate displaying creaminess and subtle yeast.

I have recently tried all the highest rated Aussie sparkling wines. 95+ This in my opinion is a standout. The rest were generally to somewhat disappointing. Dan Murphy Wine Panel Ratings are ambitious IMHO Not as good as my favourite, Bolli

We tried this for the first time last night and could not believe how beautiful it is. Creamy , fine bead that lasted ...went down a treat. I would buy this before a number of French bubbles on offer at twice the price...and more ! Buy more

Ordered this as we ate at Va Tutto in Ivanhoe, matched well with the Italian cuisine and is as enjoyable as many French Champagne;s at half the cost. Try this one you will not be disappointed.
