Pardon the pun, but, shouldn't St Hallett Faith Shiraz be known as "old FAITHfulPardon the pun, but, shouldn't St Hallett Faith Shiraz be known as "old FAITHful?" Utterly reliable as a true example of Barossa shiraz, encouraging it's many fans to return year after year. The 2016, having spent a few years in our climate controlled cellar, is remarkably fresh and vibrant. Along with the usual dark berries and plums found in Barossa shiraz there's a crisp cranberry flavour brightening the palate with natural acidity. It's great to drink now, however that acid line will keep it in good order for another 5 years.
