About this product

Barbadillo, established in 1821 and still family-owned are one of the most important wineries in the Jerez region in south-western Spain. With substantial properties in the 'Jerez Triangle'. The lovely sweet and concentrated Eva Cream Sherry is a pure delight to the sense. Lusciously sweet without being too heavy on the palate, the Eva is perfect for matching with light desserts.

A sumptuous mix of fruit and toffee on the nose. Rich, smooth and velvety on the palate,. Served on the rocks, gorgeous.

A rich nuanced sherry. Extraordinary value at around $20 a 750 ml bottle. In my youth - the 1970's - many Australians were understandably focussed on our local produced 'port wines'. But I'd urge my fellow drinkers to consider sherries too.

You can see why once Cream Sherry was the most popular drink on this planet. If all Cream Sherries were like this one, they would probably still be as popular as ever. This is a real pleasure to drink. Nice with Cheddar cheese too.
