Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingPlanted in the Southern Victorian cool-climate region of Henty in 1964, the Drumborg Vineyard has become one of Australia's premier vineyards for producing Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Always in very limited supply, the Drumborg Riesling is a delicate white with pronounced floral notes and notes of citrus zest on the nose. The palate follows through with delicate lime flavours and a trademark zippy mineral acid backbone.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
