McLaren Vale is home to one of Australia's most sought after cult wineries, Noon Winery. Owned and operated by Drew and Raegan Noon, their wines are unashamedly ripe, rich and intense. Famous for producing wines that have a track record of excellent cellaring as well as allowing for lovers of big, full-bodied to enjoy their red wines upon release. Their 2005 Reserve Cabernet was born out of an excellent vintage in Langhorne Creek - the region which the Reserve Cabernet's fruit is sourced from. Showing ripe, opulent flavours of blueberry, cedar and obvious spice, the wine is almost eternal in flavour length. Very easy on the palate today, the wine will easily live past 2020.
