Sierra Nevada Kellerweis is one of the only American Hefeweizens produced using the traditional Bavarian style of open vat fermentation. This difficult and labor-intensive technique adds an uncommon depth and flavour complexity to this hazy-golden brew.

Outstanding, complex Hefe Weizen

When I first tasted this beer I wasn't sure if I liked the complexity and dry finish, however with every taste it gets better and better. One of the best examples of this style of beer, even if it is a little expensive.
I would recommend to a friend

The closes I have had to a German style wheat beer and its American very good beer but very expensive if u feel like treating your self to an easy drinking beer grab acouple of stubbies and try it.
