With new winemaker Tim White at the helm, the wines have gone from strength to strength and this 2015 Organic Shiraz is testimony to that. Rich and vibrant with bright red fruit, chinotto and herbal notes. This deep ruby red shiraz has a medium body buoyed with subtle oak. Filtered / Unfined. Vegan friendly.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
