Like a typical Pomerol, the wines are dominated by Merlot which leads to rich and full flavoured reds. The 2008 Beauregard is nice little improvement on the early drinking 2007. While still showing up front fruit with some generosity, the 2008 will reward some careful medium term cellaring.
