Thistle Hill, from the New South Wales region of Mudgee, was one of the pioneers of organic winemaking and took the plunge over 40 years ago! With new winemaker Tim White at the helm, the wines have gone from strength to strength and this 2016 Preservative Free Shiraz is testimony to that. Raspberry coulis blackberries, bright cherries, dark chocolate and vanillin oak. This shiraz is fruity, exuberant and lively. Filtered / Unfined. Vegan friendly.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
