Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazJasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Shiraz is a textbook Heathcote Shiraz full of deep, concentrated fruit flavours with elegant spice and powerful structure. The 2007 vintage gives aromas of plum, liquorice and all spice which develop through the mid-palate with the addition of spicy tannins which lead to a beautifully long finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
