The Margaret River is regarded as one of the best regions for Australian Cabernet fruit and one of the benchmark producers of this variety is Cape Mentelle. Produced from a single vineyard, this wine shows classic varietal character and strong regional identity. The 2004 vintage is full of dark fruits, chocolate and mint which combine to create a beautiful flavour which flows across the tongue. This wine is drinking well now and will continue to develop until 2019.
