About this product

Mcwilliam's Mount Pleasant Lovedale Semillon is the standard by which Australian Semillons are compared against. Produced using the Semillon fruit from vines planted after World War Two in the Hunter Valley, the Lovedale Semillon was first released in 1950 and has been an Australian icon ever since. The 2000 vintage is among the benchmark vintages. Fresh, zesty flavours matched with beautiful toastiness combines to create a soft, light bodied wine which is drinking well now.
