About this product

Hepburn Springs source their water from a private mineral spring aquifer located between Hepburn Springs and Daylesford on the edge of the Hepburn Regional Park. The water comes to the surface under great pressure, forced through granite fissures. On its journey it collects minerals and trace elements. When the water comes to the surface it is lightly carbonated and then bottled for your enjoyment!

I was very pleased to have this delicious water at a Yarra Valley winery meal over the weekend. It was served with a sliver of lemon and alternated well with the meal and Shiraz.
